I’m a designer drawn to messy product spaces. I like testing with behaviors instead of visuals, thinking in systems and shaping products around outcomes and not screens. Currently leading product design at Flowers-Software as the sole designer, where I rebuilt the design system from the ground up and redesigned 3 of the most heavily used legacy interfaces end-to-end.

AI does make execution faster, but speed only helps if we’re moving in the right direction.

I’m exploring agentic workflows to compare more directions, pressure-test ideas earlier, and make smarter design decisions before implementation.

I’m experimenting with a cloned repo, Storybook with our existing component library, and Claude Code to turn design solutions into functional prototypes. Not production-ready, but clearer artifacts for evaluating interactions, aligning decisions, and reducing handoff ambiguity.

I have been working with Sara at

Flowers-Software for almost 2 years now, and she’s one of the strongest Product Designers I’ve collaborated with. She has a strong grasp of user needs and consistently makes strategic design decisions that balance user experience, business goals and technical constraints. She works beyond the UI layer, naturally thinks in systems, flows, and product logic.

She’s a great and easy collaborator and particularly good at translating complex workflows into experiences that are intuitive and scalable. Her files and specs are always clean, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.

She also very quickly adapted to AI-native workflows in her design process. Picking up and evaluating all the generative tools out there, understanding their strengths and limitations, and confidently reshaping her workflow, allowing us to speed up exploration, concept generation, testing and ultimately ship high-quality work faster. I’d recommend her without hesitation.

Some designers solve problems.

Sara makes everyone around her want to solve them too. She has a rare gift for bringing people into the work, not through authority, but through genuine curiosity and some kind of energy that makes a room lean in. She approaches a problem from angles that others don’t think to look at, and does it in a way that opens the conversation rather than closing it.

What grounds all of that is her relationship with constraints. She doesn’t fight them or ignore them. I believe she spends more time than others to understand them carefully and lets them shape the solutions.

Last, her tastes. Sara brings a genuine aesthetic sensibility to everything she makes. She brings art to pragmatism, and the work shows it.

I really enjoyed working with Sara during the time we spent together at DasLab. Working together felt efficient, constructive, and straightforward. She always checked with me about constraints and scalability before going too deep into a direction. The design handover was smooth, mostly because we aligned early on and her design files were very clear, well structured and detailed with all the necessary info. I really liked how designs were never

over-engineered for no reason, which made implementation easier and avoided unnecessary back-and-forth.

She knows how to make good

trade-offs, when to push for UX quality and when to stay pragmatic based on technical constraints and prios.

Sara and I worked together at Adsquare, where she stood out as a sharp, thoughtful, and highly skilled Senior Product Designer. Years later, she’s still my first call whenever I need design expertise and a fresh perspective on complex problems. She’s also been a great partner in brainstorming about AI-native design workflows and new ways of building products.

I have been working with Sara for a little over a year now, and it is a wonderful experience. Her creative work is very thorough, she presents well thought through concepts. Her eye for detail and precision is remarkable, when finalising a design she will make sure everything is pixel perfect. During our 1:1s she always showed a high interest in feedback and finding ways to improve her work and working ways, to achieve the best results possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in working with her in the future, or hiring her for freelance projects.
